Ryan grew up in Columbus, Ohio where he studied construction management and business. Ryan has spent 15 years in the new construction and real estate industry. During this time Ryan assisted hundreds of home owners and investors in making their largest purchase decision ever. Ryan’s passions include spending time with his wife Stefanie, family, friends, golfing, fine dining, and exercising. He also continues his education in the real estate industry, customer service and real estate sales, marketing, investing and developing. With this, Ryan has some of the industry’s highest recognized designations, Certified New Home Sales Professional and Certified New Home Marketing Professional through the National Association of Home Builders, Graduate Realtor® Institute and Certified Residential Specialist through the National Association of Realtors®. Ryan is a member of the Council of Residential Specialist and the National Sales and Marketing Council. Ryan is a Licensed Realtor® in Ohio, North and South Carolina. His goal remains the same as it always has been and that is to make his customers and clients happy and treat them with fairness and honesty.
